Kathryn first joined Hudson Bond in 2004 and with her extensive Business Consultancy experience has assisted in developing many client relationships with a large referral network.

She is a vivacious, happy go lucky personality, well liked by all her peers and those who meet her.

Kathryn is able to converse in both Cantonese and Mandarin and has completed a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Graduate Diploma in Information Systems.

Having lived in France for a number of years, she has a wealth of knowledge and life experience which ultimately benefit her clients in their dealings.

John Kendirian began with Hudson Bond Real Estate more than 10 years ago, and has gained a reputation for his client care and focussed approach to selling.

Having been a resident and property owner in Manningham for almost 30 years, he has a wide appreciation and intimate knowledge of the area.
